We have had a fun labor day weekend with all of our families. Sat. we spent all morning harvesting our garden, then we did a dutch oven with other side dishes for lunch, James also gave his nieces and nephews horse rides. We road a little bit on the 4-wheelers, and watched the BYU football game.

Sunday was Makenna's 3rd birthday. She was so cute opening all her presents she would say "Wahoo" after each one she opened. She told me her favorite present was her bike and flip flops. If you have ever taken her shopping, she loves to try on all the shoes. She was excited to finally have her own bike and not a hand me down from Jackson.

Hi, I happened upon your blog today, and loved seeing your family. I grew up in Lund, with Jeanne--we are cousins. Please tell her hi for me and have her check out my girls' blogs to get an idea of what's up in our families: Lara and Aaron have four girls (the ladies), Krista and Zack have three boys (the boys), and Amber and Mike have one of each, so we have nine awesome grandkids. We live in Taylorsville (SLC), and love the city. We did live back in Lund for a couple of years when we just had our first two girls.
