I have been wanting to do something different with my hair for a long time. I guess I was just too afraid that I wouldn't like it short, and I am not a fan of paying a lot to do my hair, but I finally did it. I love it!! I even highlighted it and am back to my blonde that I grew up with, so that wasn't a big change for me, just the shortness.
